“The knowledge I gained as a Payroll Account Manager was valuable for me to progress into my current role as a Junior Business Analyst. It’s something I have wanted to do for a while.”
Junior Business Analyst
“I was attracted to Back Office because the business has a real appetite to grow and develop. I could see that there were a number of people who had been with the business for a number of years. Having been here for a while now, I know that it is down to the fact that although we obviously work hard, the environment is very relaxed and the team is made up of some very personable, down-to-earth people.”
Credit Control Administrator
“Back Office is a great place to work, everyone is so friendly, and everyone chips in to help one another which makes a great team. I was attracted to the business because I was interested in Payroll and wanted to change careers into this industry. Since joining I have been involved with fundraising for charities and the business supports these too - it's great as it brings everyone together for good causes. ”
