When Sam Jackson founded Trident Healthcare Solutions in April 2021, he wanted to utilise his 12 years in the industry to build a successful business in the sector where his experience lay.
Having looked at possible suppliers on LinkedIn, he did some preliminary research online to get a basic understanding of the various services which were provided. They knew what they were looking for as they had previously used another supplier in the market.

Sam recalls that in the two years, he has been with Back Office Support Services, he has only experienced two very small issues that were quickly and easily rectified.
