Richard started in the recruitment sector in 2014 and pretty much fell into it as it was not really something he had thought he wanted to do. He had previously been in various sales and business development roles and when he registered with a recruitment agency between jobs, he found they were looking for a consultant.
Having gained a solid seven years experience working his way up the ladder, Richard decided to set up on his own agency. He had been told by a colleague that there were companies that support agencies with finance, payroll and credit control so recruiters can concentrate on what they do best. A google search later he was talking to Janine, Business Development at Back Office, and the rest is history!
