When R13 Recruitment were looking for a recruitment finance provider, they chose Back Office for the added value they could bring to the table
Set up by two ambitious entrepreneurs with strong backgrounds in the sector, Ruth and Rebecca, R13 Recruitment was established in 2013 and had, up until 2021 focused on recruiting for permanent roles across several professional service sectors: sales, marketing, creative, financial services, IT and insurance to name a few. Their approach is very consultative led, providing value add on an ongoing basis to what has become an established and loyal client base.
Ruth’s background is temporary recruitment, so her long-term aim was to open a temp desk to compliment the quality service already being provided. However, finding the right person to lead this aspect of their offer had been a challenge.
Despite being an established business with a solid client base, Ruth and Rebecca recognised that they would need support to satisfy the ongoing cashflow requirement of supplying temps and contractors. As regular networkers, they called on their contacts for recommendations and Back Office Support Services were in the running.
