Paul James Healthcare Recruitment does what it says on the tin! Established in 2019 by Ben Webb and Matthew Duckett – PJHR was set up to service the primary healthcare market. It made sense to focus on this sector as both partners had previously worked in healthcare for over eight years, the perfect way to utilise their recruitment skill set and their in-depth knowledge of an area that has many specific requirements and regulations.
Before they started trading though, Ben and Matthew ensured they researched all aspects of setting up and running their new business.
