Paul James Healthcare Recruitment does what it says on the tin! Established in 2019 by Ben Webb and Matthew Duckett – PJHR was set up to service the primary healthcare market. It made sense to focus on this sector as both partners had previously worked in healthcare for over eight years, the perfect way to utilise their recruitment skill set and their in-depth knowledge of an area that has many specific requirements and regulations.

Before they started trading though, Ben and Matthew ensured they researched all aspects of setting up and running their new business. This included looking at their options for the type of work they wanted to handle and the suppliers they needed to bring in as subject matter experts. They had intended to recruit for permanent roles initially to build up capital before moving on to Temporary Workers. However, after being contacted by an Invoice Factoring Broker, they were made aware of Invoice Factoring as a facility, which enabled them to start working with Temporary Workers sooner than planned. The Broker also offered advice around the type of Invoice Factoring partners they wanted to have aligned with their company.
