Apprenticeship Scheme

Our Payroll Apprenticeship Scheme is run in conjunction with Macclesfield College and involves our apprentices undertaking an 18-month programme which involves work experience (80%) and online study (20%). This will lead to the nationally recognised level 3 qualification which is also recognised by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Practitioners (CIPP).

Management Training Scheme

Our Management & Leadership Development programme is designed for our managers to support them in undertaking their roles as well as providing them with a platform which will help them develop both their careers and their personal skill set. Areas covered are:

Rewards & Benefits

We offer a wide range of benefits including:

25 days paid holiday plus 8 public holidays

You will receive 25 days' annual holiday entitlement when you join us. This increases to 27 days after 5 years’ service.

Auto Enrolment Pension

We operate a defined benefit pension scheme with NEST Pensions. You contribute 5% of your basic salary each month and we contribute 4% of your basic salary.

Our Employee Assistance Programme offers counselling support to you and your partner. It also provides access to several other services to support your wellbeing including a remote GP service, medical second opinions and access to an information and advice line.

Life Assurance

After a qualifying period, you'll recieve a death in service benefit scheme equivalent to two times your salary.
